Terms & Conditions

• Each booking slot is for 1hr. Please ensure you have collected all dogs and possessions and exited the enclosure by the end of your slot. Staying beyond this will require payment for the next hour slot.

• Do not enter the enclosure until the previous booking has secured their dog and left the enclosure.

• All dog waste must be collected, bagged and put in the bin provided – please only use the bin for dog waste and take all other rubbish home with you

• If you have issues catching your dog at the end of the session you must contact West Causey Walkies on 07815715449

• All dogs brought into the enclosure must have up to date vaccinations and wormed

• Do not exceed the number of dogs booked for

• Please be courteous to other users. Aggressive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated

• Please discourage excessive barking or other noise to respect our neighbours

• Children are welcome onto the field but please discourage shouting and screaming to respect our neighbours

• The fencing and apparatus is checked regularly but if you have any concerns then please do contact West Causey Walkies

• Do not cause or allow any damage to the fencing or apparatus within the enclosure – any damage sustained must be paid for by the individual who booked the slot

• Do not allow your dog to dig the ground or chew the apparatus in the enclosure

• No cars allowed past the car parking area

• Fires (including BBQs) are not allowed in the enclosure

• Please keep left when exiting back onto the tarmac to allow other users to enter safely

• Please use the access with care and be courteous to other road users

• If you wish to book for more than 2hrs in a single slot please contact West Causey Walkies

• West Causey Walkies will not accept any responsibility for loss, theft, damage or injury sustained by pets, owners or their personal property in the use access or exit from the dog field. Nor will they be responsible for any vets fees or charge arising from injury. We strongly advise that you hold pet insurance.

• All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at your own risk. No responsibility is accepted for damage, theft or otherwise

• Although the field has been designed to be fully secure you are responsible for your dg at all times. West Causey Walkies accepts no responsibility for your dog’s escape from the field and any subsequent incidents.

• Electric collars and other punitive methods are not allowed to be used within the enclosure.

• Aggressive behaviour towards your dog whether physical or verbal is not permitted.

• Vaccinations and wormers must be up to date. If your dog is showing signs of ill-health the booking must be cancelled

• Once a booking is made no refunds will be given. However rescheduling is available a minimum of 12 hours before your slot start time. 

• Booking of a slot does not confer any further rights to the Site or the property around it

• Please be aware that CCTV is in operation for the safety and enjoyment of the facilities by everyone
